So, when we heard about St. Augustine wedding venue, Chandler Oaks Barn, we knew we’d need to get the scoop on the space ASAP! Chandler Oaks Barn is a stunning all WHITE barn venue that has all the luxurious rustic charm that you could dream up. What makes you unique? Chandler Oaks Barn shamelessly boasts the marriage of southern charm to rustic, yet classic elegance. White ship lap walls, lavish chandeliers, a luxurious, vintage bridal suite and handsomely decorated grooms parlor all nestled on a private 20 farm covered with mature, Florida oak trees.

The Chandler Oaks couple appreciates the serenity of a comfortable, southern atmosphere but also finds enjoyment in the glamorous, high-end finishes of our barn.
What are the requirements for booking? After a venue tour, we require a deposit and contract signing in order to reserve a couple’s event date.
What is your price range? $5,200-$7,800
Can we bring our own vendors? Yes, we welcome all insured vendors! (that gets a hallelujah from us- insured vendors are so important!)
How many events do you do per day? No more than 2 (we have 1/2 day rentals on Thursday and Friday)
Why do I need a wedding coordinator/planner? Working with a knowledgeable coordinator provides every couple the opportunity to not only enjoy their wedding day but also the weeks leading up to their event. From managing a timeline to coordinating a couple’s vendors, coordinators relieve so much of the unnecessary pressure bride’s often incur without a great planner.
What is your number #1 piece of advice for a couple searching for their venue?
When you walk into your wedding venue for the very first time, you’ll know when it’s the right place! It’ll feel like a dream but yet one of the most incredible reality checks you’ll have during your engagement… That “we are getting married!” moment. It should feel like home but also like something you’ve never experienced before. It’s the place you’ll welcome all of your guests, it’s where you’ll share your first dance, it’s where you’ll celebrate a new adventure and make memories that last forever.
